The starting point is disciplined documentation: connect location, time, responsibility and action. As digital tools such as GIS, BIM, IoT sensors and digital twins become more accessible, construction firms that integrate risk data into everyday project management may improve safety outcomes, reduce claims friction and strengthen their next construction insurance review.
